One of the key foundations laid down in the book is that we are all spiritual – whether we are aware of it or not.  The message is simple – you do not have to be a certain type of person to be a spiritual person.

Although the book is written in a down-to-earth style, it covers very deep emotional territory including the journey that follows the death of Mary's baby girl.  There are also sections on raising children, practical things you can do to transform your life, a healing section, an action list and a call to action.

Mary Marko is not a spiritual leader in the traditional sense. She is a spiritually aware person, wife, mother, friend and business woman, who believes that we all are on journeys worth writing about. She writes to share her journey and empower her readers to write about their own.

Mary is an advocate of the healing and calming properties of crystals and has sourced quality stones from around the world to create a range of quality crystal jewellery that is both attractive and utilitarian.

Born in Austria in 1967, Mary now lives in Adelaide, Australia, with her husband and son.
