Damir Kucan |
Most people don't leave toxic workplaces. they adapt to them - and that's where the damage starts.
If you've ever walked out of a meeting thinking "WTF just happened?"...found yourself second-guessing your instincts...or watching poor behaviour get rewarded - this book was written for you.
Corporate Asshole Survival Kit (C*A*S*K) is not another leadership book about "mindset" or staying positive. It's a practical, research-based field guide for navigating toxic leaders, political environments, and shifting rules.
Inside, you'll learn how to:
Stay clear-headed under pressure - and avoid costly reactions
Read situations accurately and spot real patterns of dysfunction
Respond with strategy - not emotion or blind compliance
Protect your reputation, wellbeing, and future options
Know when to endure, influence, escalate, or exit - and how to do it safely
At the core of the CASK FRAMEWORK(TM) are deliberate actions: Stabilise > Assess > Respond
A simple, repeatable system that moves you from confusion to clarity - and from reaction to control.
This isn't about fixing toxic leaders. It's about making sure they don't break you.
